Before production, all incoming materials are seriously examined to make sure they meeting manufacturing requirements. In the process of production, the quality of partially completed products will be analyzed at any moment to determine if production processes are functioning properly. Before shipping, finished goods and services are studied to determine if they meet customer expectations.
